Physical Fitness is composed of the following. That is, for one to be physically fit, you must posses all of the following:
1 speed- speed is the work rate.
2 Muscular Stength: It is a measure of the strength of the muscle while doing work. It is the quantity of force the muscle uses during work.
3. Agility: a physically fit man must be able to change the direction of the movement of the body while moving. This is quite difficult, but that's physical fitness for you.
4. Flexibility: This is also necessary and cannot be ruled out. The more flexible your joints, the less fatigue and the more power is produced.
5. Power: yes, power is a component of physical fitness. It is a combination and outcome of speed and strength.
