The Nigerian Born has started only two games since the arrival of Matic to the Bridge. Apart from that also, Mikel has to compete with Lampard, Ramires and Matic for a shirt, and the above named three are all preferable to Mourinho than Mikel. Infact, taking a cursory analysis, you will understand that Mikel only plays when there could be no other option. He is just playing a second fiddle to Matic and Ramires.
Well, I suggest he leaves since Jose Mourinho has not found favour with him, just as Mata did.
