Hello, welcome to another spectacular, swaggerlicious, superb, mouthwatering tremendous weekend of great surprises. Its another day of magical, mesmerizing shake up at the blue half of London. Chelsea is up against Tottenham Hotspur.
Unlike the previous seasons where the title is determined even with 10 games ahead, it is quite a different ball game this time. Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool are all in the race for the title. However Arsenal seems to be gradually pulling out of the race.
Today, is another great weekend of decision. Chelsea is on top of the league with 9 points clear of Manchester city, though Mancity still have two outstanding games.
Jose Mourinho's men look so hungry and ferrocious as far as the game is concerned. Infact, going by psychology, they are the most favourites. The ever-reliant back four Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Terry and Cahill have however seemed so unbreakable this time around. That will be the major assignment for the North-Londoners. The midfield is becoming more competitive as Schurrle has come on board with his hat-trick strike last weekend. That may guarantee him a place in the first eleven. Thus William may end up in the Bench. Of course Hazard need not to be upset as Chelsea cannot do without him. His position is sacrosanct as far as ossysport is concerned. Oscar and may complete the three front mid fielders. Lampard may be there because of his experience. Or Ramires and Matic may be the option for the two defensive mid fielders.
Up front, who's knows. Of course not Ba. Eto and Torres have seemed indistinguishable. But with Mourinho's comment last week that Eto is always on point at home, I think Eto will have a start shirt and Torres will have to wait at the Bench.
As for Tottenham, They will do their best to win Chelsea but Mourinho has proved indomitable at home this season as far as premier League is concerned, and I think Tottenham will not be the team to break that record. Though things might fall apart. Who knows.
Chelsea should Beware of the two goal mongers- Soldado and Adebayor. Cahill and Terry need not to be reminded of the menace they are about to face. Dembele is also another player they should watch out for. Tottenham are weak at their left back, and that should serve as their achilles heel this time. Hazard should take note and penetrate via the left back.
Possible Line-up: Czech, Ivanovic,Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Matic, Ramires, Hazard, Oscar, Schurrle, Eto.
Substittute: Schwazer, Luiz, Mikel, Cole, Salah, William, Ba, Lampard.
Prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham.
Goodluck. Fellow blues.
