Ladies and Gentlemen, if you do not believe that Chelsea will beat Sporting In the final group matches to be played this week then I must believe for you.
Remember the following.
1. Chelsea have not lost in the Champions league this season. Infact it was last saturday that Newcastle did what they have been dreaming to do.
2. Mourinho hardly lose to Big teams of the status of Sporting Lisbon. His problem s have always been those smaller teams that want to prove a point or the other.
3. Chelsea have qualified for the next round. Thus they would want to remain on top and also remain unbeaten in the Champions league this season.
4. Chelsea have had enough heartbreak and frustrating matches. So they need to have a win at least to calm the teeming fans down of intense pressure. They drew with Sunderland and lost to Newcastle. Thus this is a must win match for Mourinho.
5. Chelsea players want to sell themselves to some other clubs. SO the style of play will be high as every player would want to perform and prove a point for the boss. The level of competitiveness in the team cannot also be over-emphasized. Chelsea players are aware of the implications of not performing well as every player has a competitor. And the consequences of under-performance is glaring.
6. Players would want to keep playing matches. First team shirt is not as easy as you may sea it. So the mentality of "keep-playing games" will spur them to victory tomorrow.
7. Chelsea will win beacuse they are favourites in all ramifications. So Chelsea will win Sporting Lisbon.
