Yesterday Chelsea avenged to what Newcastle did to us last year. They were the first team to prove that Chelsea are beatable. They defeated us 2-1 at their oWn backyard.
Now its was our turn to revenge. We did it, but it was absolutely below par. We won them 2-0 but it was not enough :) . It was not commensurate to the injury they inflicted on us last year.
However, we did not forget to learn lessons. But before I proceed, Mancity have done us some good, I wish to use this opportunity to thank Mancity for that great favour. Even though the favoUr was not too convincing, but at least we are back to the top. Thank You Mancity. lol.
10 Lessons We learnt From Chelsea Newcastle Match:
1. Matic has proven beyond doubt that he is the engine of Chelsea Midfield.
2. Hazard has proven absolutely excellent.
3. Costa has proven magnificiently trustworthy that he can score the much needed goals.
4. Kurth Zouma has proven a good successor of John Terry.
5. Chelsea have been destined to carry the EPL trophy. That's why Mancity drew unnecessarily yesterday.
6. Lampard has decided that he will not break Chelsea heart again...lol. That's why they put him and he did not score. His past goals have all affected Chelsea. They are what Chelsea is trying to get over now. He has inflicted a lot of Injury to Chelsea this season.
7. Petre is somehow better and luckier than Thibaut Courtois. He has more clean sheets that his successor.
8. Demba Cisse is the man that always hunts Chelsea down. He was absent yesterday.
9. Mourinho does not always complain whenever the pendulum swings to his favour.
10. Chelsea is getting tired. We won Newcastle yesterday out of struggles. New signings remain sacrosanct!
