The Russian Billionaire and the Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich has purchased several apartments in New York City to build a sing Mega House where he will live with his Girlfriend. The Russian steel magnate and owner of the Chelsea Football Club is building the mansion to live in with his art collector girlfriend Dasha Zhukova.
