Currently Mourinho is passing through the most difficult moments in his lifetime as a football manager. And the question is: should Chelsea sack Mourinho or not? That is the purpose of this script. For me I will stand that Chelsea should not sack Mourinho not that Mourinho has pleased me but because of the reasons I want to state out below.
1. Previous Experiences: By now Chelsea should have realised that the method of sacking does no longer work especially Chelsea. There is no way Rome can be built in a day. Chelsea should learn from Liverpool - they gave Brendan Rogers the benefit of the doubt before he was sacked. That is not all. Chelsea should recount the number of coaches they have sacked. And now I learnt that Carlo Ancelotti is on the radar as possible Mourinho replacements. And Ancelotti was once a victim of sack from Chelsea Fc. That should just leave someone to wonder what Chelsea wants. They are about to take back their vomit. That does not make meaning. Chelsea should reconsider past records and experiences and allow Mourinho to show who he is.
2. The Reason for Chelsea Poor Performance:
Obviously, Chelsea's poor performance cannot but be attributed to Mourinho and his technical crew. They could have purchased the players that needed to have been in Chelsea by now. The previous players have been overused are worn out. By January, I think Mourinho must correct the anomaly.
3. Chelsea is not Loosing outrightly under Mourinho:
Even though Mourinho and Chelsea have always been on the news mostly for negative reasons, I think that is an advantage to the Chelsea Press. Almost all football lovers both Chelsea faithfuls and non- Chelsea faithfuls are today always interested to what what Mourinho will say, because they know he will always talk. That is more popularity. And more media sales.
4. Mourinho is one of the best coaches:
Yes, Mourinho is not having it now; but you cannot take that away from him. My only problem is Mourinho's attitude to and idiosyncratic exhibitions. If not Mourinho still remains one of the best.
5. Mourinho should Apologise to Eva Carneiro:
Yes, Mourinho should be humble enough to apologise to Eva. That is also another reason why Chelsea should allow him stay. If possible Chelsea should take it upon them to bring the lady physician to her place. I mean if it is possible; becausebshe left agrily, out of severe hurt.
6. Mourinho Loves Chelsea:
Chelsea should remember that when Mourinho came to Chelsea, he changed his name from the "The special one" to the "The Happy one". I am sure he is a Chelsea fan even when he was in RealMadrid. Mourinho is simply not having it nowadays. And that is because he did not go to the market when it was due.
7. Mourinho and Chelsea should have established a nice friendly relationship before now. So Mourinho should be given time to correct his mistakes.
