Here I just want give some tips on how you can correct a bad posture. Remember that we said that posture is activity-specific. Yes, but I just wanna give out some general tips on how bad posture could be corrected.
-surgery, especially by an orthopaedic doctor when it involves bone fracture.
- massage of the area, especially if it is stiff neck.
-Regular exercise could be of help.
-balanced diet, good sleep, especially in bow-legs, knock-knee
-wear comfortable shoes. Ladies should avoid high heeled shoes as it throws the body balance off and they put pressure on the toes.
-form a good habit of standing, sitting and eating.
