Physical fitness is the ability of the body to do its daily chores, or engagements efficiently and still possess the extra energy to the any emergency.
A physical fit man or woman can work and play without getting fatigued. Just as the saying goes, all works and no play makes jack a dull boy.
However, also remember that physical fitness is specific, in the sense that someone can do a work for 6hours everyday without getting tired (ie still remains physically fit, but may not do a work for 12hour daily and still remain fit for the work. That is what is actually meant that physical fitness is field-specific.
