Before any sports exercise, you must do some certain things in order to prevent unnecessary injury.
1. Do not enter the field of play without proper warm up exercise.
2. However, do not overdo the exercise so as not to overstretch the muscles.
3. Once you are fatigued, reszt accordingly.
4. Good foods are sacrosanct.
5. Always relax at your odd hours - when you have nothing doing.
6. Try and develop srength for endurancer to come.
7. Have a daily plan of activities and make sure byou are well disciplined bas regards that.
8. Do not stay in any exercise or sports activity for a very long time. Instead, increase the work load of your exercise or sport activity for a minimal period of time.
