Also remember that posture is activity -specific, in the sense that the posture for walking is different from the posture for sleeping. Likewise other activities liking swimming, sitting etc.
So let's go there: A good posture is a position in which an individual assumes and does a particular activity without getting undue strain or fatigue.
HOW YOU CAN DEVELOP A GOOD POSTURE
1. Good bones and joints are necessary for good posture. Hence good food becomes sacrosanct.
2. Engage in regular exercise to enhance proper development of the muscles.
3. Report any injury like fracture to any physician.
4. Good posture should be habitual. Ie the correct way to sleep, walk, sit and do some physical activities must be maintained habitually .
5. Always maintain a strong, flexible and relaxed bones.
