The UEFA President is back again with his 10 minutes sanctions. According to BBC.com , Uefa president Michel Platini has used the Dubai International Sports Conference to reaffirm his 'white card' initiative to sin-bin players for "maybe five to 10 minutes" for certain offences, such as play-acting and backchat.
